The first thing you need to do is check whether your product is really faulty. For this, please refer to your product’s brand website, call centre or manual for technical use

If you send your product to our repair centre, please take into account below instructions :

• Save your personal data before sending your product in our repair centre. The repair & soft operations may indeed delete the data contained in your product
• Do not send your SIM card
• Preferably, the charger and the battery will be sent with the mobile phone
• You need to provide the proof of purchase, in order to ensure the product is repaired under warranty
• To help our technicians repair your product, please describe accurately the fault noticed on your product
• If you think the fault is linked to the memory card, please send it with your mobile phone. All the data (pictures, videos etc.) should be saved and removed from the memory card, because the repair & soft operations may delete the data contained on it.

In order to have your mobile phone repaired :

• You can visit one of your Network Operator service locations
• You can take your faulty product to one of the Branded shops of the brand
• You can bring it directly to our company

In case you drop off your product directly in our premises :

• There is no immediate repair (our receptionists will inform you about the average repair time)
• Proof of receipt – when we take the units for repair we give a proof of receipt to the customer. When come to pick up the repaired unit please take it with you.

You can send it or bring it directly to our company, with the warranty papers or the proof of purchase. To help our technicians repair your product, please also describe the fault noticed on your product

For any repair done by our teams, there is a 3 month warranty after the repair, as long as the second fault is related to the first repair.

The warranty covers the repair & parts changed, excepted incoming logistics.

A product may be stated « Out of warranty » by our technicians, for the following reasons :

• Water induced damage / Oxidation or damage by unknown liquid
• Mechanical damage / breakage
• Illegal software
• Unauthorized service attempt
• Invalid manufacturer warranty
• Missing proof of purchase
• Accessory not certified

In case the product is stated out of warranty, the customer will receive a quotation for the repair.

In case the customer refuses the repair, a fixed fee of 2500 HUF will be applied and payable to Cordon Electronics.
